This (shopping) is a rare event in my life. Just yesterday I was discussing with Justin how I would buy new shoes if that were in our budget presently. He said I wouldn't, and finally, I was forced to agree. I don't really like shopping all that much.
But today I went looking for a specific item for GQ's Halloween Costume.
I accidentally came back with this:
Considering I've never bought him anything (thanks Em) I figured it was okay.
Meanwhile, in other news: Who is the genius who puts size small on the top shelf? Do they really think I can reach that high? And sure, there are some of those ultra-tall, and thin people about.... but I really think short people like me are more important.

just so you know...i had been saving and I decided to make an attempt to leave the house...so I went to the mall to look at christmas clothes for the boys...just you wait in a year you can have andy's....and then a year later cody's....it is too bad that GQ will have to wear the same thing two years in a row...; )
okay... where'd you find that cute thing becuase it would actually fit the bill for waht I need for Carter's halloween costume... =) By the way, I love to read your blog. You make me giggle and its wonderful, as I often need a good giggle. Sure miss you!
THIS IS THE DARLING jacket I saw GQ in when we met at Kneaders for dinner! I wanted to take a picture SOOOOO badly and that is when I realized that, though I had remembered the camera THIS TIME...AND THE RECHARGER!!!...I was presently OUT OF BATTERY JUICE and so could NOT TAKE THE PICTURE!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put a picture of GQ in this jacket on your blog so that I can see it!!!!!
Better yet, PLEASE send me an email of him in his jacket so that I can make a copy and put it in my collage!!!!!
