When I was younger, one of my dancing friends had a bedroom with a raised hardwood floor, a mirror on the wall, and a barre. What a dream!
This year I had some 6 year olds who still wanted to take class from me so I "had" to buy a barre "for them."
After I put it up E set to teaching M the fine art of the plie. Then she asked if she could put her leg up on the barre like a big girl.
Tonight, if I don't fall asleep as soon as the kids go down - maybe I'll give myself a little class with my pregnant body.

We looked at this horrible 50's house with this room in the basement with a wall of mirrors.... It made me want to make a beautiful dance studio with a barre (really, that's how you spell it - it's not just a BAR?? French people). And then i remembered I can't actually dance.
I always loved the green dress M is wearing. Hope you guys are doing well.

THE PICTURES OF ELLIE playing "Mom" or "teacher" were DARLING as were the dance pictures. Can't WAIT TO SEE THESE LITTLE PEOPLE!
