More Catching Up...

More swimming and around the house:

Our trip to Utah begins!  We loved seeing everyone because it had been two years since we'd visited in the summer.  My sister Emily flew out to drive back with us (how nice was that? and how nice was Duane for doing without her on his drive down?) and we headed to the Salt Lake Valley for a week and a half.

Usually our kids go to sleep at 7:30.  In Utah they stayed up until 10 or 11 (one hour later in Iowa time).  To say they slept in and were tired is beyond obvious:

Meeting Miles (his mom and I grew up doing everything with each other, even sleeping in the same sleeping bag on camping trips).  Miles really wanted to help Sterling out with his binky.
