E: We're going to have those square ice cream treats.
Mom: But we don't have any of those anymore. (We bought them last week and I've enjoyed them nightly on my own.)
E: (Looking at me like I'm insane.) You ate them all!!!!
While going to bed:
Silence
E: M! M! M!

E: We haven't talked for awhile.... do you still remember me?

Adorable. And don't you love the guilt that comes with being a mom who actually behaves like a real person? Good for you, you deserved those treats! You can always buy more for the kids.
